She was predeceased by : her parents, Marjorie Tatum and Clarence Tatum; her husband Charles Collins (Nara Visa); her granddaughter Andrea Nicole Dodson; and her siblings, James Tatum and Peggy Whitten.

She is survived by : her children, Crystie Dodson (Kenneth), Kevin Collins and Chad Collins (Nadine); her grandchildren, Justin Dodson (Barb), Jared Collins (Trish), Kendra Wilson (Jeremiah), Tara Collins and Kyeli Collins; and her great grandchildren, Jace Wilson, Kayla Wilson, Sadie Collins, Maddie Collins, Jared Jr. Collins, Kimber Dodson, Aspen Dodson, McKinley Dodson, Hatcher Dodson, Kaleb Thibodaux and Danae Broussard.
