He is survived by: his brothers, Dale DeWerth of Florida and Jay DeWerth of Florida; and his children, Melissa Rodriguez (Tom) of Kansas, Tina DeWerth of Kansas and Kirk DeWerth of Kansas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
