He is survived by: his wife Marcia Rubio Valverde; his children, Emilio Valverde of Las Vegas, NV and Valerie Valverde (Marquel Williams) of Albuquerque, NM; his siblings, Salomon "Don" Valverde (Joann) of Tucumcari, NM, Rose Binkley of Tucumcari, NM and Maria Martinez of Tucumcari, NM; his grandchildren, Emilio Valverde II, Angelo Valverde (Kasandra) and Aliyah Valverde; and his great grandchild Ambrogio Valverde.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Temple Baptist Church (823 S 1st St, Tucumcari, NM 88401).
