We announce the death of Aaron Marrujo of Tularosa, New Mexico, who passed away on September 3, 2026, at the age of 39. Aaron will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry T. Marrujo, Pate and Teresa Guilez; his niece Arianna Hamilton-Cordova; his godfather Max Salcido; and his friend Karen Danke.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Marrujo; his children, Antonio Patricio Marrujo and Isabella Rose Marrujo; his parents, Larry Torres and Loretta Torres; his grandmother Bertha Marrujo; his uncles, Lawrence Marrujo, Michael Marrujo and Anthony Marrujo; his aunt Cammy Montoya; his cousin Kenneth Marrujo; his sister-in-law Tiffany Guilez (Brian Mendez); his niece Genevieve Sanchez; his nephews, Silas Mendez, Junior Cordova, Cyrus Mendez and Ezra Mendez; his grandmother Margie Salcido; and his goddaughter Amariah Lueras. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
A rosary was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church (303 Encino St, Tularosa, NM 88352). A Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery (1610 A N Fairview Rd, Tularosa, NM 88352).
