She was predeceased by : her husband Gilbert; her parents, Lazaro Garcia and Micaela Garcia (Sanchez); and her siblings, Felictia Garcia, Veronica Viscarra and Lazaro Garcia (Junie).

She is survived by : her children, Gilbert (Judy), Sam (Mary), David (Eva), John (Michael), Eddie, Frank (Pancho) and Rosie; and her siblings, David Garcia (Mary), Ernestina Provencio (Panteleon) and Marylou Gomez (Ruben). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

A rosary was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church (303 Encino St, Tularosa, NM 88352). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at the same location.
