Chavez; his siblings, Alex Chavez (Donna), Albert Chavez (Janet), Angela Garcia (Conrad), Annette Cordova (Manny) and Andrea Carrillo (Bennie); his godmother Angelita Guilez; his uncle Andrew Nejeres; and his nephews, Elijah Gonzales, Matthew Chavez, Nicholas Gonzales, Jonathan Duran, Tobias Carrillo and Louis Chavez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
