It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberto Jaime Ramirez of Tyrone, New Mexico, born in Roswell, New Mexico, who passed away on April 6, 2026, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Baudelio "Bobby" Ramirez; his grandparents, Jose Guadalupe Ramirez, Lorenza Ramirez, Ignacio D. Marroquin and Emma T. Marroquin; and his parents-in-law, Hansford and Billie Ousley.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ramirez of Silver City; his mother Maria G. Ramirez of Roswell; his sisters, Debbie Montano-Ramirez and Monica Ramirez; his stepson Chad Howie (Nikki); his granddaughters, Taylor and Lexie; and his nieces and nephews, Krystle Montano (Isaac), Briana Montano-Baca (John Samson), Emiliana, Adaylnn, Korey Baca and Micaiel Ramirez (Marissa). He is also survived by Fraternity brothers, and dear friends.
