It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jose Eluterio Griego of Veguita, New Mexico, who passed away on July 18, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Salomon Griego and Eluticia Griego; and his brothers, Michael, Juan Dios and Pablo Griego.

He is survived by: his siblings, Salomon Griego Jr., George Griego (Gloria) and Annabelle Benavidez (Andres); his sister-in-law Helen Griego; and his cousins, Domingo and David Griego. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
