He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Estes and Elsie Estes. He is survived by: his former husband Donald; his wife LaVonne; his children, Derek (Mavy), Erin Valencia Kirk (Kristin) and Scott (Alicia); and his sister Sibyl. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
