He is survived by : his former life partner Patricia Murray; his children, Cynthia Nelson (Matt), Marie Becht, Marjorie Gonzalez (Eduardo), Sharon Pineda, Andrew Raetz (Heather), Dean Raetz (Sabrina), Sara Day (Timothy), Frank Raetz (Carmen), Leann Hudley (Robert), Richard Schneider and Laurie Letourneau (George); and his siblings, Cecil Raetz, Ronald Raetz (Patricia), Stephen Raetz (Jackie), Barbara Wilson (Robert) and Patricia Rose (Richard). He is also survived by 11 children, two sisters, three brothers, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
