He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hewlett and Kathleen Hewlett; his wife Betty Jo; and his siblings, Richard and Nancy.
He is survived by: his children, Dave (Donna), Tammy and Jonathan (Bob); his sister Mary Ellen Hewlett; his niece Debbie Theiss (Paul); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Dunning (Beth) and Gail Dunning (Randy). He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the FitzHenry's Funeral Home (3945 Fairview Dr, Carson City, NV 89701).
