With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Joann Meyer of Carson City, Nevada, who passed away on March 20, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne Jellings and Ruth Jellings; and her husband John Reid Meyer. She is survived by: her children, Debi Penrod, Diana Mazy, Jennifer Meadows and John Meyer; her grandchildren, Mathew Medor, Stephani Medor, Jeremy Penrod, Robyn Mazy-Gazarek, Raymond Mazy, Jordan Meyer, Cody Meyer, Jontiel Meyer and Cory Couch; her great grandchildren, Carter Medor, Harper Medor, Layla Chiri, Jaylene Valdez, Kayden Elise Mazy-Gildark, Lilith Marie Mazy-Gildark, Xander Gazarek, Kevin Albin, Tiberius Albin, Alyssa Wages-Meyer, Jesse Wages-Meyer, Kohen Meyer and Juliet Meyer; and her siblings, Marilyn Meade of Reno and Jim Jellings of Florida.
