He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Routh and LaVern Routh; his siblings, Marilyn Cox and Jerry Routh; and his sons, Dwight and Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Marie Routh; his children, Deborah Poole (Steve), W. David Routh (Nancy) and Cindy Routh; his grandchildren, Alyssa Ramirez, Brandon Poole, W. Nicholas Routh, Bailey Routh, Autumn Blattman and Grant Blattman; his great grandchildren, Emma, Joshua, Hunter, Fox, Everlee and Penelope; his sister-in-law Cheryl Routh; his nephew Tim Routh; and his nieces, Kristen Routh Ureke, Audrey Sheriden, Kelly Conley and Holly Hall.
