We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2022, at the age of 77, Eugene R. Marquez of Ely, Nevada, born in Raton, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Abenicio Marquez and Eleanor Marquez; his daughter Rose Serrano; his granddaughter Stephanie Doty; and his great grandchild Gabriella Williams.

He is survived by : his wife Gertrude Marquez of Ely; his children, Gene Marquez (Robin) of Ely, Veronica Williams (Eric) of Ely and Raquel Jacobs (Dan) of Ely; and his siblings, Cecila Manfredi and James Marquez of Raton. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
