He was predeceased by: his father Ken; and his nephew William Hampton. He is survived by: his daughter Evelynn; his mother Carolyn; and his siblings, Stephen (Katherine), Frank and Charlotte. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
