He is survived by: his wife Frances Fay Mullins; his former wife Betty Mullins; his children, Tina Bomar (Allen), Joseph Mullins (Erica) of Bakersfield, David Wines (Jennifer) of Las Vegas and Fred Wines (Sandy) of Dodge City; his grandchildren, Leslie Bomar Martinez (Jimmy), Randy Dean Mullins (Stephanie), James Mullins, Bethany Mullins, Cassie, Sarah and Carys Mullins; his great grandchildren, Kaitlynn Garrison-Bomar, Isaac Martinez, Gracie Martines, Randy Mullins Jr., Courtney Mullins, Hailey Mullins, Grayson Mullins, Zoe Mullins and Veeta; his stepgrandchildren, Michael Thoms, Tyler Thoms, Riley, Rory, Kairina, Cate and Lily; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brianna Martinez Gouk (Robbie), Ryan of Makayla, A.
