He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louise Buhl, Adam and Geneva Welch. He is survived by: his son Janean Buhl (Welch); his wife Elizabeth; his children, Brandon Curtis and Misty Dawn of Eugene, Oregon; his granddaughter Kaydence Rae Fontana; his sister Linnea Cochrane (Steve) of Reno; his nephew Erik Cochrane (Candice); and his nieces, Nicole Donaldson (Peter), Stephanie Margaronis (Chris) and Chelsea Crumback (Denver).
