She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Johnson and Gloria Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Ric Fairbanks; her sisters, MaryAnne Woodard (Russell) and Judy Norcutt (Bob); her children, DJ Fairbanks, Erik Fain (Whytnee), Kayla Carey (Tyler) and Breanna Fain; and her grandchildren, Lillyonna, Johnathan, Greyson, Levi, Willow and Walker.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Smiths Funeral Home (505 Rio Vista Dr, Fallon, NV 89406). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the American Legion (90 N Ada St, Fallon, NV 89406).
