She was predeceased by: her husband Andy; her parents, John Smith and Veda Smith; her brothers, Robert and Richard Smith; and her daughter Kimberly Jones.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Mayo and Michael Newton; her grandchildren, Alix Van Winkle, Johnny Mayo and Jacob Jones; and her great grandchildren, Kadyn V, Frankie Van Winkle, Sylvie and Barrett Mayo.
