He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Moore of Lakeland Florida and Elizabeth Farmer; and his stepfather Dr. Ernest Farmer. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Ann Moore; his children, Michelle Perry, Cheyenne Moore Long, Tammy Moore, Elizabeth Alewine, Anthony and James; his grandchildren, Drayden, Evelyn, Julianna, Corey, Zoey, Lilly, Jackson and Michael; and his siblings, Veronica Boardrow of Missouri, Randy Moore (Natasha) of Missouri and Roger Moore (Kara) of Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Mike's memory.
