She was predeceased by: her father Lonnie Moore. She is survived by: her mother Janice Moore; her husband Paul Slaton; her siblings, Darin Moore and Lani Moore; her daughters, Rachel Crary (Nathan) and Carmen Stafford (Mike); and her grandchildren, Aria, Ayalyn, Asa, Asher of Mikey, DJ and Micara.
