He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Bruce Fow and Marilyn Finger Fow; and his stepmother Rita Cecilia Fow. He is survived by: his children, Philip, Katherine (Kat), Eric of Reno, Nevada and Sarah Fow Baker (Russell Baker) of Fernley, Nevada.; and his sisters, Christine Fow Cohen (David Cohen) and Virginia.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (155 US-95 ALT, Fernley, NV 89408). A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery (14 Veteran's Wy, Fernley, NV 89408).
