She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Susczynski and Anna Susczynski; her husband James Tesik; and her children, John Tesik and Susan Druhan.
She is survived by: her son James Tesik Jr. (Michele); her grandchildren, Taralyn Odom (Tony), Melissa Woody (Jeff), Mikayla Druhan, Cassandra Tesik, Jeffrey Tesik and Michael Druhan; and her great grandchild Mackenzie Tesik.
