She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Quail and Thelma Quail; her husband Richard Arthur Medley; her son Edward Allen Hicks; and her sister Irene.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Ann Hicks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
