He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard West and Bonnie West (Forstater); and his brothers, Richard and Dennis West. He is survived by: his spouse Dayle West (Kroboth); his son Jason C. West; his grandchildren, Dejah West and Dorian West; his siblings, Jane West Walsh and Robert West; and his sister-in-law Karen Palmisano (Kroboth).
