He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Esther Bustamante of Henderson; his children, Maria Szydelko (Paul) of Henderson, Edward Bustamante (Heidi) of Rancho Cucamonga, California and Gerald Bustamante (Kelley) of Henderson; and his grandchildren, Julia Szydelko, Erika Szydelko, Gabriel, Noah, Mia, Tyler and Alexis Bustamante. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
