He is survived by: his parents, Kathleen Williams and Billy Joe Bagsby Jr. II (Juawanna); his siblings, Michael Benoit Humphrey, Deshawn Markel Bagsby, Jasper Lee Bagsby (Alyssa) and Lashay Denice Bagsby; his aunts and uncles, Linda Williams (Curtis), Regina Hines (James), Rosley Dianne Bagsby, Teri Lashelle Collins, Crissal Wilson, Clarence Bagsby (Tamika), Jermaine Yves Collins and Ralph Edward Bagsby Jr.; his cousins, Lashenik Davis, Jamie Hines, Rakisha Rogers, Imesha Massey and Everett Gooden; and his friends, Willie, Cassie Ramos, Kashif Summers, Christopher Jamison, Brandon Browning, Frederick King, Jonathan Justice, Anthony Grajeda and Annabelle Del Toro. He is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews; 2 great-nieces.
He had the honor of singing the national anthem at numerous Las Vegas Aces games and various charity galas, always representing his department and community with pride.
