It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lacy Lavon Dowell (Henderson, Nevada), born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dowell; his children, Jason Dowell of Las Vegas, NV, Jeffrey Dowell of Bakersfield, CA and Janet McLain of Toledo, OH; his grandchildren, Rebecca Miles of Las Vegas, NV, Sydney Dowell of Bakersfield, CA and Alex McLain of Toledo, OH.; and his brothers, Larry Dowell of Bakersfield, CA and Buford Watts (Bud).

Services will be determined at a later date and his request was that in place of flowers a donation be made to St Judes Childrens Cancer Hospital.
