She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonso Alfonso and Elena Alfonso; and her brothers, Librado Alfonso, Leonardo Alfonso and Leonilo Alfonso.
She is survived by: her son Shane Alfonso; her daughter-in-law Ellyn "Ann" Alfonso; her grandchildren, Logan and Harlan Alfonso; and her siblings, Leonila Alfonso, Leandro "Joey" Alfonso and Leonides "Deck" Alfonso. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Palm Mortuary - Henderson (800 S Boulder Hwy, Henderson, NV 89015). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church (204 S Boulder Hwy, Henderson, NV 89015).
