It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitsuko Taira (Henderson, Nevada), who passed away on May 17, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mitsuko has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kome Taira and Toyu Taira; her daughters, Michele, Jacqueline and Beatrice; and her grandchildren, Allana Mae, Alexander, Ronald Adrian, Emma and Eliza.
Mitsuko fought a long difficult battle throughout the years which included COVID-19, but she remained a strong, resilient, and stoic woman.
