He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Mielnikiewicz and Nick Mielnikiewicz; and his sisters, Irene Kendzulak and Elizabeth Annunziata. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa; his grandson Nikolas; and his siblings, Helen Tyminski McDade (Jack) and Leon Mielnikiewicz (Lisa). He is also survived by brother-in-laws, nieces and nephew.
