He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Kinzer and Paul Kinzer. He is survived by: his wife Annie Kinzer; his children, Kelley Davis and Paul Kinzer II; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Tyler Davis and PJ Kinzer; and his siblings, Walter, Beverly, Patty and Lisa. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
