He is survived by: his wife Evanell Kugler; his children, Teri Hammerquist (Randy) of Billings, MT. and James Janousek (Cathy) of Libertyville, IL.; his grandchildren, Brad Hammerquist (Erika), Bryan Hammerquist (Erin), Lindsey LaBarge (Ryan), Ashley Waltman, Sarah Miotti (Matt), Jeff Janousek (Haley) and Laura Janousek-Blacketor (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Lynnea, Arlo, Maisy, Cassidy, Evanelle and Sawyer.
