He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert P. Cicero and Ann Anton; his brother John Cicero; his wife Joanne Cicero; his children, Vincent Cicero, Kimberly Morgan (Jason Morgan) and Nicholas Cicero; his grandchildren, Glen, Brandon, Brittany and Jayden; and his great grandchildren, Avery and London.
