He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Alice; his sister Patricia; his daughter Holly; his daughter-in-law Michelle; and his great grandchild Rex Patchett.
He is survived by: his wife Margie; his siblings, Delores, Carol Ann and Kenneth; and his children, Kurt (Michelle), Guy (Cathy), Jami, Michael (Betty), Robin (Michael), Heather and Mitchell (Heidi). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
