He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Karl Kuehn and Mamie H Tripp; and his brother Otto Walter Karl Kuehn Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Kuehn; his children, Jeffrey Scot Kuehn and Cynthia K. Kluwe; his grandchildren, Natalie Kuehn-Luck (Conor), Sarah Kuehn, Richard Kuehn, Chad Cover (Jamie), Katie Cover, Tyson Kluwe (Erin Little) and Lacey Kluwe (Robert Quick); his great grandchildren, Brodie Weisenbeck, Peyton Weisenbeck, Clark Kluwe Jr., Indi Quick and River Quick; and his brother Billy Ray Kuehn.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that any memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause that was close to Sidney's heart.
