We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2023, at the age of 82, Jack Johnson of Incline Village, Nevada passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Johnson and Nellie Johnson; and his siblings, Bobbie and Sandra. He is survived by : his wife LeAnn; his daughters, Tammy Ellsworth (Ray) of Greenwood Ca and Jackie Farmer (James); his grandchildren, Christopher "CJ" Suess (Sidra), Kai Ellsworth, Kyle Suess (Anna), Madi Stiemann (Matt), Hayden Johnson and Reese Farmer; and his great grandchildren, Saliha Suess, Aiza Suess and Rio Suess.
