He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Lisle Jensen and Vivian Maxine Wingo; his brother Patrick; his mother-in-law Lois Terry; and his siblings-in-law, Paula Jensen and Joel Terry.

He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Emily Wong (Cliff), Spencer (Emily), Andrew and Maggie Hughes (Michael); his brothers, Fred (Renee), Mark, Kim (Mia) and Kelley Jensen; his father-in-law Chad Terry; and his brothers-in-law, Doug Terry (Tricia) and Craig Terry (Kimmy). He is also survived by his 7 grandsons, nieces and nephews.
