He is survived by: his son Jeff Worf (Donna); his grandchildren, Maris Worf (Ben Fitch) and Aaron Worf; his great grandchildren, Macie Fitch and Monroe Fitch; and his stepson Jerry Symonds (Colleen). He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
