“I am deeply saddened to learn of Doug's passing. I was good friends with Doug many years ago. We lost touch for a while due to both living busy lives. I consider it an honor and a privilege that I was friends with Doug many years ago. He was a one in a million kind of guy; a true warrior that accomplished so much in his life. Anyone who knew Doug knew he was brilliant, and had been through more than most of us. Sending my thoughts and prayers to his family and loved ones. He will be missed.”
