He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. McStay and Crystal V. McStay; his siblings, Russel, Glen, Lester and Ester; and his sons, Scott M. Vittorio and Sean P. Vittorio.
He is survived by: his brother TJ Mcstay; his children, Stephen P. McStay and Suzanne E. Humphries; and his close friend John Yeagle It's. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
