He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert O. Allred and Elva Geraldine Aulds; and his son Tip. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his sister Pat; his children, Alan, Sandy (Aaron), Lance and Shea (Marc); his grandchildren, Haley, Sydney, Lance, Jade, Kylie, Nicolas, Alyssa, Aubrey and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Sabrina, Saylor and Octavia; and his nephew Robert.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jerry's name to the Shriners Children's Hospital of Southern California, St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Las Vegas or H.O.G. Nation of Patriots.
