He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Tackett and JoAnne Tackett (Fitzgerald); and his significant other Donna M. Tackett (Hartley). He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Tackett; and his daughter-in-law Sue Kwentus of Las Vegas. He is also survived by brother, several sisters, and many nieces, nephews, cousins.
A committal service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Grove Memorial Park (4108 US-42, Mansfield, OH 44904).
