He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Nels Jacobson and Mabel Elizabeth Houghton; and his daughter Lillian Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Chamberlin; and his children, Christine Holliman (Duece), Susan Hansen (Loren), Sherie Briggs (Gaylen), Brenda Miller (Ric), Randy O'Hara (Deanna) and Robert O'Hara (Kathy). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 56 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (801 Arrowhead Trail, Henderson, NV 89002). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
