She is survived by: her husband Claude Theodore Lambertz; her children, Claude John Lambertz (Mary), Theodore Lambertz (Cathy), Dennis Lambertz (Helen), Susan Lambertz (Richard) and Barbara Alcaraz (Absalom); and her grandchildren, Megan, Jessica, Rebecca, Joseph, Jason, Krista and Jodi. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
