He is survived by: his wife Maria Blanco; and his children, Yolanda Loera, Efrain Blanco, Jorge A. Blanco and Maribel Blanco. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and son/daughter in-laws, and friends.
