Though Luis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Cesar Badillo. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Badillo; his siblings, Cesar Jr. and Gabriella; and his sons, Isaiah and Anthony. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles and countless cousins.
