She is survived by: her son Andrew Radko; her parents, Barbara Radko and Anatole "Tony" Radko; her brother Michael Radko; her sister-in-law Kristin Radko; her nieces, Kari and Katy; and her nephew Will Radko.
Following her return to California, Melanie devoted more than two decades to healthcare leadership, spending sixteen years as an executive with Sutter Medical Foundation and eleven years as an executive with Dignity Health Medical Foundation.
