He is survived by: his parents, Ray Bailey and Colleen Bailey; his wife Ruth Elsie Bailey; his daughter Jennifer Bailey Martinez (Marcel); his grandchildren, Jade and Milan; his daughter Nicole Herrington (Eric); his grandson James Ray; his siblings, Amanda Bailey, Melissa (Bailey), Joe Uhrich, Sam and Kim Bailey; his nieces, Grace, Emma and Olivia; and his nephew Sam. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
