He is survived by: his parents, Sidney Moore and Elray Prophet; his wife Deandrea Moore; and his children, Danielle Moore, De'Undrez Johnson, Chemar Moore, Camryn Moore, Lakyla Johnson, Domynyque Moore and Londyn Moore As.
In his passing, he was able to save five lives through the selfless gift of organ donation.
